5. Delivery Policy

  • Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered by 8 PM on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • PASA offers island-wide free delivery for orders over $200.

  • Due to high order volumes, next-day delivery is unavailable for orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays.

 

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • PASA accepts cancellations made before 10 AM on the delivery date. Orders canceled after this time are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for: 

    • Incorrect item received.

    • Damaged packaging. If packaging arrives torn or compromised before opening. Minor dents or creases on the outer packaging are considered cosmetic and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • For refund requests, contact hello@pasa.sg within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.

 

 

7. Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • PASA reserves the right to modify prices or promotions at any time without prior notice.

  • Discounts, vouchers, or promotions may have separate terms and expiry conditions.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including text, images, logos, and designs on the Website, is owned by PASA or its licensors.
