Delivery Policy & Charges

At PASA, we aim to deliver premium halal meats with care, consistency, and punctuality — right to your doorstep. Please read the following for delivery timings, coverage, and fee structures.

 

 

Delivery Time Slots

We offer same-day or scheduled deliveries across Singapore within the following time windows:

  • 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Customers will receive a WhatsApp notification once the order is en route.

 

 

Delivery Fee Structure

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our dispatch point at 70 Telok Ayer Street.

All distances are calculated via the most direct road route using Google Maps.

 

 

Delivery Coverage

We deliver islandwide across Singapore, including residential addresses, condos, landed properties, and offices. However, we do not deliver to:

  • Offshore islands (e.g. Sentosa Cove deliveries allowed, but not to Pulau Ubin or Tekong)

  • Military bases or restricted areas

 

 


Additional Notes

  • A minimum spend of $60 is required for delivery.

  • Orders below the minimum can be picked up via self-collection at ASAP & Co. (70 Telok Ayer St, 11 AM – 9 PM).

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during your selected time slot. Redelivery may incur additional charges.
