Return & Refunds Policy

At PASA, we are committed to delivering premium-quality meat products in optimal condition. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have established the following returns and refunds policy to ensure fair and effective resolutions.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received — If you received the wrong product.

  • Damaged packaging — If packaging arrives torn or compromised before opening. Minor dents or creases on the outer packaging are considered cosmetic and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 


 

2. Non-Eligible Items

Due to food safety and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect storage or mishandling after delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, cooked, or altered.

  • Minor dents or cosmetic damage to the outer box or carton.

 


 

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact PASA at hello@pasa.sg within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and packaging as evidence.

  • Our team will assess your request and respond promptly


 


 

4. Resolution Process

Upon investigation, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Full Refund — Returned to your original payment method

  • Replacement Product — Subject to availability.

  • Store Credit — To be used for future purchases.

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

 


 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before 10 AM on the delivery date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

 


 

6. Delivery Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, traffic) are not refundable.
